We go in active search of Associates across the globe who are women and target women-led organisations for partnership; women hold 41% of ChangeMaker shares. Our approach aligns with UK policy frameworks on equality and anti-slavery, and we actively encourage our partners to adopt inclusive recruitment, fair labour standards, and safeguarding measures. Through our consultancy and programme design work, we help shape environments where equity, and opportunity are central to sustainable development.
